Located within Harpenden a picturesque Hertfordshire town situated 5 miles north of the historic town of St Albans, St George’s is an ideal venue for groups of 25 to 120 for a wide variety of corporate, sporting, residential and private events. A few limited dates can also be reserved for weddings.

A few limited dates can also be reserved for weddings.

The school is easily accessible to delegates within easy reach of both London Luton and Heathrow airports, Central London and just a few minutes from the M1 junctions 9 or 10. The school has an extensive selection of facilities for hire suitable for a wide variety of events; current customers include Revision schools, Lacrosse clubs, choirs and Activate Sport.

We have three Boarding Houses:

Keswick: Located in the traditional part of the school is our Girls Boarding House. This can accommodate mixed gender numbers as it is set over 4 floors. There are 65 beds and rooms vary in size and allow for 6, 4, 3 or 2 to a room. Rooms are made up of twin en-suite rooms and dorm rooms.

Crosthwaite: Built in the 1970’s this Boys Boarding House offers a warm modern feel. There are 58 beds and have rooms for 6, 4, 3 or 2 people. This can accommodate mixed-gender groups and is set over 3 floors.

Skiddaw: This Sixth Form Boarding House was purpose-built and offers 9 twin ensuite rooms and 1 single room
