Your email address is your school username followed by ‘@students.stgeorges.herts.sch.uk’ e.g. 19EinsteinAlbert@students.stgeorges.herts.sch.uk
Your password is the one you use to login at school.
Passwords
Your School Network Logon/Password is also used to access EDULINK ONE
Your School Email/Password is also used to access CANVA, ADOBE EXPRESS, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, CLICKVIEW.
Please Remember:
- Passwords must be 8 or more characters long
- Must contain an Uppercase letter, lowercase letters and a number.
When you change your Network Logon Password this will automatically change your School email, Moodle and Google Classroom passwords to be the same.
You can’t use a password that:
- Is particularly weak. Example: “password123”
- You’ve used before on your account
- Starts or ends with a blank space
- Contain any part of your username.

Canva for Education and Affinity
Canva for Education is a free, premium version of the popular design platform, complete with thousands of templates, images, fonts, and professional features.
Affinity (including Designer, Photo, and Publisher) consists of professional-grade creative apps now offered for free to users with a Canva for Education account. This collaboration provides students and staff with both an easy-to-use platform (Canva) and powerful, industry-standard tools (Affinity).

Log in at www.canva.com using your school Google credentials. - Affinity Access:
Download the Affinity apps (Designer, Photo, Publisher) and sign in using your Canva account credentials to unlock the free license.
Adobe Express for Education
Adobe Express is a simplified, all-in-one design and media creation app that offers a Premium plan free for students and teachers. It’s excellent for creating graphics, presentations, short videos, and web pages, and includes advanced features such as Generative AI tools and millions of Adobe Stock assets.
