Humble Crumble!

Old Georgian, entrepreneur Kim Innes, mixed with royalty this week to discuss her company ‘Humble Crumble’.  She chatted to Prince William and Princess Katherine about how hard it was to set up a business and how it all started.

Kim made her very first crumble at school (earning herself the Star Baker Award) and eight years later she is now running the first crumble bakery. You can find her outlets at Borough Market, Old Spitalfields Market and Camden Market.
