GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition: The 3-Hour Final Course
This week our GCSE Food Year 11 students completed their three hour assessment practicals, making three dishes and accompaniments in three hours . . . including the majority of their washing up! Students should be very proud of what they achieved in just a few short hours. They have all worked incredibly hard and produced fantastic dishes which have been beautifully presented. Each of our students should be congratulated for the care and attention paid to their dishes, and their dedication, as many have been practising their dishes (some multiple times!) over recent weeks.
Although we are unable to share with you the final dishes of this year’s students due to it being a live assessment, please enjoy these pictures from last year’s talented food students who are now Year 12.
