St George’s Take Wycombe Model UN by Storm!

Fifteen brilliant Year 11 and 12 students spent 15–16 January at Wycombe Abbey for their first major Model United Nations conference — and they excelled. Representing countries on issues from outer‑space militarisation to civilian rights, they debated with students from 12 schools nationwide and internationally. They secured 11 approved resolutions, with Josh G’s chosen for committee debate, delivered 43 points of information, 9 major speeches, and proposed 25 successful amendments. A lively Highland Ball capped off an unforgettable weekend.
